Cap Square is an integrated development consisting of office, retail, entertainment and residential components situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Designed in the early 1970s by John Portman, the project which included twin 40 storey office towers suffered during the Asian economic crash of 1997 with one tower completed and the base of the second tower suspended.

Hamiltons International were appointed as design architect to revisit, design and construct the second tower to International Grade A standards in early 2008. The tower is designed around existing structures MEP infrastructure with an elegant yet contemporary façade treatment.
